Orders paid before 12.00 midday will be dispatched that day for next day in the North Island and a 2 day delivery to the South Island. If there is likely to be a delay we will advise you as soon as possible.
We do not hold stock on our premises as our suppliers send our direct to our customers. Our suppliers are based in different locations throughout New Zealand so if you want to collect please check with us first so we can let you know if this will be possible.
We prefer to concentrate on great customer service and our user-friendly website rather than be picking and packing our orders. This also keeps the costs down which can be passed on to you the customer. Environmentally we believe this works well as stock doesn’t have to be shipped to us before shipping to you racking up the miles.

No, there are no extra charges to you to pay by credit card.
As we have many different suppliers they all have different policies around freight charges. Some suppliers offer freight free and other charge for this. If an item will be sent to you freight free we will specify this. If you feel the freight calculation is too high on the website please let us know and we can look into this for you.
